These terms of use govern the use of the website 1gift.eu. By using the website you agree to these terms. The website is owned by A1M Production OÜ.
2. Website content
We aim to keep product prices and availability up to date, but reserve the right to change them without prior notice.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Estonian euros (€) and include VAT (24%) unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are added according to agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All website content — images, texts, logos, design — is the intellectual property of A1M Production OÜ. Copying content without written permission is prohibited. Product images belong to the respective manufacturers.
5. Limitation of liability
A1M Production OÜ is not liable for:
- Website interruptions
- Inaccuracies in product information resulting from manufacturer changes
- Content found at third-party links
6. Paiement
Les produits de notre propre stock peuvent être payés par carte à la commande (Stripe). Les autres produits sont confirmés manuellement, puis une facture est envoyée par e-mail ; rien n’est débité avant confirmation.
Les données de carte sont traitées par le prestataire de paiement ; nous ne les conservons pas.
7. Données personnelles et consentement
En envoyant une commande, le client accepte le traitement de ses données pour exécuter la commande. Détails : politique de confidentialité.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court.
